Poland’s Biomethane Sector Accelerates: Join Us at the 3rd Forum of the Polish Biomethane Organization in October

What: 3rd Forum of the Polish Biomethane Organization
Where: Warsaw
When: 29 October 2025
Poland is fast becoming one of the most promising markets for biomethane development in Europe. With significant natural potential, growing investor interest, and a rapidly evolving regulatory framework, the country is gaining momentum. In light of the €28 billion in investment projected for nearly 900 new biomethane plants across Europe over the next five years, the time is now to ensure that Poland fully seizes this opportunity.
To support this effort and bring stakeholders together, the 3rd Forum of the Polish Biomethane Organization will take place on 29 October 2025 in Warsaw, at Four Points by Sheraton Warsaw Mokotów. This is one of the most important industry events dedicated to the future of biomethane in Poland.
This year’s Forum, themed "From words to action" will focus on how to translate policy into projects. Practical solutions for unlocking the full potential of biomethane in Poland will be discussed – a conversation that is now more urgent than ever.
The agenda includes:
Key legislative plans from the Ministry of Climate and Environment and updates on Poland’s Energy and Climate Plan,
A high-level address from representatives of the European Commission, focused on EU–industry collaboration,
Launch of the Polish Biomethane Market Report with fresh data and projections,
A panel on local government engagement and community dialogue,
Perspectives from foreign investors and gas sector companies,
Discussion on legal and financial risks and opportunities,
Insights into technological innovation, operational safety, and system efficiency.
The Forum will also feature representatives of European institutions and associations, who will join the discussion on how to channel Europe’s investment momentum into tangible biomethane development in Poland.
We believe that with the right policies, partnerships, and knowledge-sharing, Poland can become a leader in renewable gas in Central and Eastern Europe. This Forum is a step toward that goal.
