CHP in the EU: a bigger role to play if new energy policies are adopted

New energy policies and a constant trend in the price of energy. These are the rules suggested by Brown in order for the CHP market to maintain a dominant role in European countries over the next few years. Certain countries, such as Germany and Belgium, have always supported CHP with strong energy policies, whilst in the United Kingdom development has come about despite there not being any real laws which encouraged the use of CHP.
