Although funding to support cogeneration is decreasing in many countries of North-West Europe, an exception is Belgium, a country which has grasped the importance of being energy efficient through cogeneration, photovoltaic and wind energy. Van Den Borre, regional leader of the CODE2 Project, is here to explain to us what lead Belgium to invest in these technologies.
