Graeme Miller from the US Department of Energy (DOE) Midwest talks about the actions taken to help the manufacturing sector in its decarbonisation efforts. The DOE has funded on-site energy technical assistance programmes for the sector and to provide the means to explore energy technologies that ensure competitiveness and cost reduction, such as CHP.
