The Energy Strategy Group of the Politecnico di Milano has drafted a study on the opportunities offered by the PNRR in Italy, analyzing various aspects. We asked Prof. Vittorio Chiesa what impact the measures proposed by the plan have with a view to decarbonizing the country and what impact the additional PNRR resources provide on GDP and employment.
