Flexible plants to guarantee network stability in Germany

In Germany, there is a shift from centralised fossil fuel-powered plants to efficient decentralised plants, though the network is not yet ready for this change, and is therefore unstable. One of the technologies that assists in this situation is that of cogeneration, a tangible example of which are flexible biogas plants that have already been in operation for several years in Germany.
