In California, in April 2020, Administrative Law Judge Colin Rizzo submitted a proposal for short-term actions aimed at the development of microgrids and of efficient and resilient energy solutions. We spoke with the co-founder of the Microgrid Resources Coalition to obtain some additional details on the initiative and to try to understand how cogeneration can be integrated with microgrids.
