KBI: The Polish National Chamber of Biofuels
The Polish National Chamber of Biofuels – Krajowa Izba Biopaliw (KIB) – is an industry organization that represents producers of biofuels and biocomponents, including bioethanol, biodiesel, and biogas. KIB’s mission is to increase the competitiveness of Polish companies in both the domestic and international markets by promoting cooperation among stakeholders in the value chain and influencing energy and environmental policies at the European and national levels. The association is also engaged in initiatives to promote the use of biomethane as a renewable fuel, working with other organizations to develop supportive policies and raise awareness about the importance of this resource for Poland’s energy transition. Let’s get to know KIB better with its President, Zygmunt Gzyra.
