Recovery fund and decarbonization: what COGEN Europe has to say

The European Commission recently announced that 30% of the Recovery Fund will be allocated to the Green Deal. We asked the spokeswoman of COGEN Europe’s Energy Policy Working Group which activities this sum should be invested in and, more generally, talking about decarbonization, how this should happen and in what way can the Association contribute in this process.
