RELIVRE, the Brazilian gas market ranking tool
Market and policy
RELIVRE (Ranking do Mercado Livre de Gás) is a tool created to monitor and evaluate state regulations for Brazil’s free gas market. The ranking classifies the regulations, identifying those that facilitate or hinder the actual opening of the natural gas market. Adrianno Lorenzon, Natural Gas Director at ABRACE - the association of large industrial energy consumers, which is also one of the creators of the tool – talked to us about RELIVRE and biomethane in the Brazilian gas network.
