Spain’s major political parties, Partido Popular, Ciudadanos, PNV and VOX, have declared in unison that cogeneration is an important technology and that it must be supported and developed across the national territory. To achieve this, ad hoc laws are needed to encourage self-consumption and to manage a competitive mechanism.
