In Italy, the Council of State expressed a favourable opinion on the Decree updating the limit values for atmospheric emissions of Total Organic Carbon from plants fuelled with biogas. In this way, for the first time, we will be able to clarify limits on cogenerator emissions applied to anaerobic digestion, for the whole country.
