The US aviation sector has set itself the challenging goal of zero emissions by 2050 and biofuel producers such as Gevo are working to produce quality biomethane from livestock waste. The benefits are therefore not only for large airlines embarking on their decarbonization journey, but also for Midwestern farms that can produce biofuel from their livestock waste and generate value.
