Like every year, COGEN Europe has presented the Snapshot Survey on cogeneration during the annual conference. Surprisingly, in 2020 there were good results across Europe although there are many countries waiting for certain regulatory frameworks. Germany is still in first place for installed power and in general there are good prospects for the future as cogeneration can flank renewables for a more stable and programmed energy supply.
