District heating and tariff regulation: the viewpoint of Federutility
District heating and cooling
Federutility does not see the need for regulating the sector of district heating as it is naturally competitive on the market as it is. We believe rather than it is important to regulate relations with the users, to guarantee service quality. Also, to boost development in this sector, it would help to offer exemption from the hook-up charges.
