The Madame Ilsa Foundation is a small organisation that supports the development of rural communities in Morocco. Its aim is to improve the health, education, sustainability and self-sufficiency of the Moroccan population. The first priority, in a country where 2.5 million people still have no access to electrical power, is essential action to ensure electricity access, perhaps by means of biogas plants.
