The disposal of liquid and solid organic waste in agriculture can turn into a micro-experiment of circular economy. From this waste, it is in fact possible to produce biogas: livestock waste, agricultural waste such as olive pomace, waste crops such as corn stalks, dedicated second-harvest crops such as corn silage and sorghum.
