As part of a process of energetic efficiency, CONAD, mass retailer cooperative company, decided to redevelop some stores through a project finance; a funding of the renovation project that will be paid off through the savings on energy bills made by the same retail stores. This represents a perfect example of the energy retrofits that other companies can follow to reduce their production costs and reduce environmental impact.
