Farming Days 2025 conclude in Castelvisconti, hosted by Azienda Agricola Salera
Case history
The 2025 edition of the CIB Farming Days came to a close in Castelvisconti, with Azienda Agricola Salera as the main protagonist — a concrete example of how biogas, biomethane and innovation can coexist in a single sustainable model. From the biogas plant also comes spirulina, cultivated thanks to the heat recovered from the cogenerator, while a new biomethane upgrading plant will soon be operational. Among the highlights of the day was the biomethane-powered tractor, a symbol of an increasingly circular agricultural supply chain. Over 400 participants per stop and a clear message: Biogasfattobene is the driving force of Italy’s agroecological transition.
