Germany: energy efficiency measures required in Germany
Market and policy
Greater awareness of the importance of energy efficiency is required in Germany. To meet this objective, the German government has to put in place certain measures and earmark funding in favour of the technologies which can enable a reduction in CO2 and prevent energy dependency in Germany. This is the opinion of Professor Schreurs.
