Südzucker Polska: from sugar to biomethane
Case history
Südzucker Polska, the Polish subsidiary of Europe’s largest sugar producer, has installed a modern biomethane production plant. The facility, with a capacity ranging from 100 to 850 m³/hour, is equipped with additional filters, carbon filters, two compressors that allow for a wide operating range, and a three-stage membrane system. The company, which already uses biogas for cogeneration, now aims for an even more sustainable and efficient use of resources.
