The European energy market: 11% of energy is produced thanks to CHP

From the report by COGEN Europe regarding the CHP market in Europe, it turns out that 11% of the energy produced in the EU comes from CHP plants and that this figure is expected to grow over the next few years to reach 20%. The President of COGEN Hungary points out that the Hungarian statistic is in line with the European average despite the fact that the Country is currently in a transition phase as far as the CHP market is concerned.
