Originally conceived as a LinkedIn group, "Women in Power" is an event at which women talk about their experiences in the energy sector. In a generally male-dominated industry there’s also room for women, who make up one-third of total employees in the energy field and 34% in the cogeneration sector. These figures are expected to increase over the next few years.
