Biomethaverse, the European project for innovations in the production of biomethane
Associations
Alessandro Agostini from ENEA (the Italian National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development) talks to us about the Biomethaverse, a European project that aims to diversify the technological base for the production of biomethane in Europe, to increase its cost-effectiveness and to contribute to the adoption of biomethane technologies. The project demonstration is ongoing and involves the adoption of five innovative biomethane production processes in five European countries: France, Greece, Italy, Sweden and Ukraine. Which technologies are being evaluated? And what is ENEA’s role in this journey?
