Circular Economy: towards 100% efficiency

When recycling is not possible, the production of energy from waste is the right solution in a circular economy perspective. Scheuer emphasises this and also reminds us how energy efficiency is the principle on which one should base an economy without any waste of resources and which should be debated for future policy.
