The new Managing Director of COGEN Europe is Roberto Francia who, after years of experience in the electrical sector, accepted the challenge of directing the European cogeneration association. On the occasion of the annual conference Francia anticipates the company’s policy priorities , starting with the Heating & Cooling strategy, moving on to the SET Plan and the EEFIG project. Francia also emphasises the importance of the existence of stable regulatory frameworks at national level.
