Cogeneration industry to the EIB: capital necessary on favourable terms

The cogeneration industry asks the European Investment Bank (EIB) to grant them a favourable tax rate on loaned capital to support the end users. The advantages would be innumerable, such as a more widespread diffusion of the technology and the increase in available jobs, as well as greater energy independence and a reduction in CO2 emissions.
