Cost and revenue optimisation of biomethane plants in France
What is biomethane/RNG?
In France, the price conditions for introducing biomethane into the network have led to a decrease in purchase prices of about 5-15%. This forced project leaders to change their economic approach in order to keep plants sufficiently profitable and to look for new ways to optimise both costs and revenues. These include differentiating the income sources through, for example, the resale of CO2 to private individuals or by creating organic waste treatment lines. Let's find out more.
