Garofalo Pasta Factory: excellence in the pasta sector and state-of-the-art energy supply
Case history
The trigeneration plant built at the Garofalo pasta factory in Gragnano (Naples) generates an overall power of 2,651 kWe. The electrical and thermal energy produced are entirely consumed by the plant. Mr. Menna summarises the main advantages deriving from the use of electrical and heat energy and from the refrigerated water produced by the trigeneration plant.
