Financing
Installing a cogeneration plant requires investment for any company opting for this technology. Several factors need be taken into account when assessing the feasibility and costs of a project: the capital recovery, the O&M and the commodity cost. For this reason, companies without sufficient capital to cover all the costs can access third-party financing, that is financing through firms that invest their capital in energy projects.
