Improved performance and greater economies of scale for fuel cell microcogeneration
Technologies and components
The fuel cell microcogeneration market is evolving, performance and product quality are improving and production costs have fallen. This, according to Philipp Klose from the BDR Thermea Group, one of the technological partners who actively participated in the PACE project, developing 3 generations of products over the 7 years of project duration. The future? The plants will be powered using hydrogen or biomethane and will be more widespread at a residential level and the end user will become an active part of the energy transition.
