How much does the choice of the right lubricant impact on the performance of a trigeneration plant and, consequently, on the plant’s operation where it is installed?
The use of the correct lubricant was fundamental for the BWI Group, a multinational in the automotive sector, which installed a 1 MW CCHP plant with a Jenbacher 320 engine. The SENTRON LD 5000 lubricant from Petro Canada Lubricants, in fact, has made it possible to maximise the yield and availability of the plant (+95%), bringing it to 27,000 hours of activity and with very few machine stops for oil replacement.
