Defined as “the first American climate law”, the IRA (Inflation Reduction Act) is a legislative package of approximately $400 billion, which will facilitate US businesses and households in the green transition from January 1, 2023. In particular, the Act provides for a series of unprecedented tax credits to convince companies to invest in renewable energy. What are the credits for biogas and biomethane/RNG projects?
