Biomethane/RNG in Germany: potential and possible applications
Market and policy
Germany is one of Europe’s major biogas producers and has one of the highest potential for biomethane/RNG. This country is rich in biomass resources (energy crops, manure, agri-food waste, etc.) and can turn existing biogas plants into biomethane/RNG plants. What are biomethane’s future applications? The answer is in this video.
