Farming Days 2026: The first stop showcases how agricultural biomethane is shaping the future of farming
Case history
The first stop of Farming Days 2026 took place at Azienda Agricola Bizzoni in Caravaggio (Bergamo), bringing together more than 400 farmers, companies and institutional representatives to discuss the role of biogas and biomethane in building a more sustainable agricultural sector. Through field demonstrations, plant tours and panel discussions, the event highlighted innovation, the circular economy and the opportunities for the sector beyond the PNRR funding programme. It was an opportunity to show how renewable energy production can be successfully integrated into farming, creating both environmental and economic benefits.
