The Sustainability Decree has a positive impact on biomethane plants, introducing simplifications, in particular for the management of livestock manure. However, some critical issues regarding the timing of application and a number of unclear definitions still remain. The CIB (Italian Biogas Consortium), is working on this front, as Lorella Rossi explains who, in this interview, also provides us with some examples of the aforementioned critical issues.
