Simplifications and active citizenship: how to achieve decarbonization goals
Energy efficiency and cogeneration
“Simplifying to decarbonize”. This is Prof. Gian Battista Zorzoli’s leitmotif, who stresses that it is necessary to simplify and speed up the authorization procedures to implement initiatives aimed at reducing CO2 emissions by 2030, as envisaged by the European Union. Likewise, it is necessary to raise awareness and inform citizens in this regard, but not only: citizens must in fact be an active part of the change and therefore must be involved first-hand in the initiatives. In this regard, Prof. Zorzoli provides us with a number of references to recent energy community projects.
