AEBIG (Asociación Española de Biogás) is the Spanish Biogas Association. Established about ten years ago, for years the Association found itself facing a market with great potential for energy production from biogas, but without any incentives to support it. Now, however, the demand for biomethane is increasing and the need for new incentives and guarantees of origin to promote its commercialization has become urgent and necessary.
