The Mancomunidad de la Comarca de Pamplona is an association of municipalities in the Pamplona metropolitan area, whose functions include water supply and wastewater treatment, waste management and public transport. All sectors influenced by the 2030 European carbon neutrality targets. For this reason, the consortium is committed to managing all its activities with a view to the circular economy, integrating biogas and biomethane plants.
