80 liquid natural gas (LNG) stations in Europe: we can use them for biomethane/RNG
Sustainable mobility
Europe has 3,000 compressed natural gas (CNG) filling stations, of which 80 are also suitable for liquid natural gas (LNG). This same infrastructure can be used to distribute bio-LNG, or rather liquid biomethane/RNG, which has high levels of purity and very low CO2 and particulate emissions. Easily transportable from source to destination, bio-LNG can be fed into the network or be fundamental in the mobility of heavy vehicles.
