Biogas Go Global: the partnership that shares knowledge, experience and innovations in the Danish biogas sector
Market and policy
Denmark aims to have a 100% biomethane gas network by 2030 and investments worth €1.8 billion are on the way to do so. Taking into account the incredible growth in the production of biomethane in recent years in the country and the objectives achieved and to be achieved, the Danish case is certainly a model to disseminate. This is precisely why Biogas Go Global was born, a partnership between the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Danish Energy Agency and the Danish Cluster for Food and Agriculture, which aims to share knowledge, experience and innovations with the rest of the world and in particular with the United States.
