The Beta Technology Centre is developing the Digestato Valorízate project, which aims to promote the recovery and reuse of digestate through a dedicated web platform. The initiative seeks to raise awareness among biogas plant managers, farmers, and the public about the benefits of digestate-based products and to support informed decision-making on recovery strategies.
Hosted by the Bioenergy Cluster of Catalonia, the platform will include four sections: a map of nitrogen balance across Catalonia, an interactive technology diagram to design treatment processes, a regulatory overview of applicable rules, and an inspiration area showcasing successful European case studies to encourage best practices and replication.
