EU legislation on waste and biogas: are we ready?

Member States of the European Union must ensure separate collection of organic waste by 31 December 2023. The ideal solution would be to dispose of these wastes in anaerobic digestion plants and use these raw materials as a source for biogas and renewable energy production. But is the European biogas sector ready to exploit this new potential? We posed this question to the World Biogas Association in this web talk!
