France Gaz Renouvelables Association explains how the REDII impacts on the biogas sector in France

The Renewable Energy Directive (REDII) is a directive that regulates and requires Member States of the European Union to achieve certain sustainability and energy objectives from renewable sources by 2030. All States have taken action to implement it. Among these, France has introduced new sustainability criteria for biogas plants.
