Poland: biogas and biomethane from sugar production, the Nordzucker case

Nordzucker is the second largest sugar producer in Europe. In Poland, sugar and sugar derivatives have been produced in the Opalenica and Chełmża plants for over 140 years. Biogas and biomethane are also produced here with the waste from beet processing. Let’s find out more in this interview with the company’s CEO.
