On the eve of COP 30, which will be held in Belém, Brazil is preparing to showcase the strength of its renewable energies to the world: wind, biogas, and biomethane are intertwined in an increasingly integrated system. The challenge is not only to reduce emissions but also to build a transition that involves the entire society. This will be the “Implementation COP,” where words must turn into investments and tangible results. Biomethane, in particular, can decarbonize transport and industries, reinforcing the country’s leadership in energy diversification. With abundant sun, wind, and water, Brazil has all the cards to lead the change.
