WBA’s MakingBiogasHappen Programme: The first element is a standardisation of regulations and policies
Associations
The #MakingBiogasHappen (MBH) programme promoted by the WBA (World Biogas Association) is a global plan designed to reduce the time needed to develop policies, regulations and standards in order to accelerate the expansion of the biogas sector. The programme is based on two key pillars: the Global Biogas Regulatory Framework and the International Anaerobic Digestion Certification Scheme (ADCS International). In this interview with WBA’s policy leader we delve into the first fundamental element, namely the Global Biogas Regulatory Framework, which aims to provide a standardised model of regulations and policies based on examples of best practices from around the world.
