Agriculture 4.0, animal welfare and biogas for the second stop of the Italian Biogas Consortium tour
Case history
Agriculture 4.0, animal welfare, a biogas plant and a fascinating context: this is the Azienda Agricola Finato Martinati farm, in the province of Verona. For years the company has specialized primarily in tobacco cultivation and dairy cattle breeding. Since 2009, it has also added sustainable energy production to its activities, with the installation of a 706kW biogas plant. The Finato Martinati farm was selected for the second leg of the BDR Tour organized by the Italian Biogas Consortium, the journey inside companies that adhere to the BiogasDoneRight model.
