Biomethane in Poland: waiting for incentives to get the green light

The biomethane market in Poland is promising, with a potential of 8 billion m3, but investors are waiting for clear regulation and incentives. According to Michał Tarka, an incentive system (feed-in tariff) valid until 2030 should enter into force in 2023, followed by an auction mechanism in a second phase after 2030.
