For all future producers of biomethane, which following the tenders are now starting the construction phase of their plants, it is important to remember a series of mandatory requirements to receive the incentive. CIB Service reminds us that:
-    The start of work must be communicated to the energy services operator (GSE) within 30 days of the start of work date; 
-    The hypothetical date of entry into operation of the plant must be communicated to the GSE between 120 and 60 days before the same date; 
-    The effective date of entry into service must then be communicated within 30 days of that date, also uploading a series of documents for the reporting request.
